30 weeks... OMG 30 weeks already??

Oh Little Monkey, you are going to be here before we know it!!


How far along? 30 Weeks... 69 days to go!

Total weight gain/loss: At the OB on Monday, I had lost 2 lbs.. But it's probably because I've been exercising, walking and helping plant flowers and moving around ALOT lately. Not to mention I still work a full time Job and run a business. Don't worry, Little Landon has a big head and he's about 3 1/2 lbs.

Maternity clothes? Yes but the last week or so, I've been in regular clothes, I do however prefer to be in my underwear and T-shirt any chance I get. I think my ribcage is getting wider, I feel that my bra size is up to a 36-C. I have the boobies I've always wanted and the stomach every girl fears. haha

Stretch marks? no... just a big baby!

Sleep: YES!! although my dog Leiah thinks she's on baby time!! Last night she woke up at 2:30 to play, and she needed to Pee. AT 4:15 she woke up and started running around like a maniac... and when I yelled at her, she refused to sleep on the bed. kids.

Best moment this week: I had the best BABY SHOWER!!! Also, I got to see my little man on Monday and I was sOOOoo happy to see him!! I LOVE HIM!

Miss Anything? I miss being able to squeeze through small spaces! this one still stands. Oh I also miss being independent... carrying laundry upstairs, taking out the trash, carrying chairs... etc.. Oh, and my belly is collecting crumbs when I eat. lol.

Movement: OH yes. I think he's got his dance moves like crazy. lol.. he's pretty fly for a 1/2 white guy.

Food cravings: nothing special. I like vegetables a lot right now. spinach and brocholli is yummy to me.

Anything making you queasy or sick: nope.. Everything is still easy to eat!

Gender: a handsome little man

Labor Signs: nope.. but I dreamt that I went into labor in the middle of the night while my husband was out of town and I called 15 people and NO ONE picked up their phones.. so I had to call 911 and then drive myself to the hospital. lol.

Belly Button in or out? IN. I give it about 2 more weeks and it'll be out. the thought of it coming out is a little freaky to me.

Wedding rings on or off? Ughhh off.. :(

A Little Landon Update!

So My Mother in Law and Sister in Law are still in town until tonight. My husband and I decided to surprise them & my mom with an Ultrasound visit today. Earlier around 16 weeks pregnant, We had purchased the 3D Package with my OBGYN... I recommend purchasing this package when you're pregnant! So here is what the Ultrasound Tech had to say about little Landon. "he weighs about 3 1/2 lbs" "very photogenic".. but we knew that already "he had really pouty lips, Long fingers BIG HANDS, Long toes and BIG FEET" "his family jewels are large". lol so the best thing about seeing him?? He yawned. and I got soOOoo excited! Here are some photos of my Ultrasound! Enjoy!

apparently he likes to sleep with his arm up by his face because he wouldn't move it. it was pretty cute. Also he lays upside down. lol

his giant hands and long fingers are hilarious. its just like mine... My M.I.L says its perfect to catch footballs and basketballs. lol

Baby Shower Sneak Peak...

OOoOOo I had the best Baby Shower this weekend! Heres a few sneak peek photos!

I really Loved my Baby Shower dress! It fit so perfect! I got it at express for $89 if anyone is interested!! lol

the CAKE was perfect!! it had Landon's name on the top with a mustache. SOOOO cute!

All my girlfriends showed up! here is a photo with a few of them the decor was perfect!

My sister did such an amazing job with everything! The details were impecible and the food was delicious! Actually, the food WAS really really REALLY GOOD! Hopefully I can post more photos this week! xoxo!

29 weeks...

How far along? 29 weeks.. 76 days left!

Total weight gain/loss: too many to count??

Maternity clothes? Yes & No... my 29th week photo is my summer bcbg dress from last summer.

Stretch marks? no... just fat.

Sleep: yes... i love sleep

Best moment this week: My Mother in law & Sister in Law came to visit! It's so nice to have them here! They love our puppies & the first thing my SIL did at the airport was rub my belly and said, "there's my little nephew!?!"

Miss Anything? I miss being able to squeeze through small spaces!

Movement: yes, he's like clock work.. About 7:45 am... Around noon... Fiercely at 8pm and he goes bananas when my husband reads to him at night!

Food cravings: none since last week... I do like old fashioned glazed donuts!

Anything making you queasy or sick: nope.. Everything is still easy to eat!

Belly Button in or out? in..but i swear he's trying to kick it out... sometimes i wake up a little bruised and my belly button is very tender.

Wedding rings on or off? Ughhh off. I thought I was gonna have it cut off! I came home from dinner and my ring finger was swollen red!! It took tons of olive oil, soap & windex to get it off. Serious sad face!!

Happy or Moody most of the time: I'm all smiles all the time! Must be all the sleep!

Looking forward to: my baby shower on Saturday! Landon & i are so excited!

A Little Tuesday babble..

My parents celebrated their 35th Wedding Anniversary! My husband and I took them out to Mastro's on the Coast in Newport Beach. My parents are not fancy people, so I'm glad they both forgot their glasses and let us order their meal for them. It seemed like they enjoyed their dinner and we had a lot of good laughs! We talked about all their recent milestones, getting all their children married, becoming grandparents for the first time, and all their hardships throughout their marriage. Overall, their advice for a good healthy marriage is.. Communication, Love and LOTS & LOTS prayers!

My mom invited us to leave Landon with her anytime as long as he's not a fussy difficult baby. she only wants him for long periods of time if he's sweet and quiet. lol.

While we enjoyed dinner, I told them about my glucose test, our waitress (who was 26 weeks pregnant) chimed in and told us she was expecting a girl on July 12 (My original due date!) , then she brought over the other waitress who was due around the same time as me July 3rd... after that- ANOTHER waitress came over and she is due June 28th (the date my husband is predicting!)...

This brings me to the second part of my weekly babble.. my pregnancy pact.. well not exactly. It seems like once one of my girlfriends got pregnant, a sudden bloom of mommies-to-be started popping up every where!



Let's start with my Girlfriend Nikki. She is one of the first to expect. She Recently had her baby Boy last week. HE IS ADORABLE!
She announced her Pregnancy at lunch one day and I said, "OOh, I just started trying! Can I rub your belly??" she said yes and I got knocked up about 1 week later!

Right after that, there were 4 of us that announced around the same time.

First My Future SIL's sister mary is expecting around the same week as me... she's expecting a boy!

Then my friend I made back during the summer. Her name is Kat. She's expecting during my original due date, July 12th. She's having a girl.

Then My cousin's wife Amy announced she was pregnant.. She is about 3 1/2 weeks after me. She's due at the end of July. She is also expecting a boy!

Are we keeping up? That's 5 so far.

During Christmas, 3 More announced their pregnancy.
first, my husbands cousin Drew, Chip & Emily are all expecting as well. They live in Pennsylvania.

Around the same time,


My cousin Paul's wife announced they were expecting their first. They're due around September. They find out in 2 weeks! (We're all hoping for a boy).. We are having MEGA Baby reunion around November because my brother's getting married!


The same week, My girlfriend Melissa announced she's expecting her second baby.. she's having a girl! I'm super excited for her because she has the CUTEST little man named Connor So I know her daughter will be extra Adorable!

running out of fingers to count?? That's 10.

Last weekend, I found out my second cousin Judy is expecting in June. She's having a boy.



Then my friend Rebecca is expecting a girl- in August.



Our friends Brian & Kari Altman from Kittanning (now living in San Diego) are expecting their second son!! They got married a week before us!

Well.. That's 13. 13 people I know, 13 people having babies, not just babies, DRAGON babies. funny isn't it? I wish everyone who is expecting a HEALTHY pregnancy filled with Joy, LOVE & strength! For all of my friends who would like to get pregnant, I welcome you to come over and rub my belly!!

End of the Week Recap...

We've had quite a busy week! It started with a crazy weekend where my parents came over to help us work on the house. My dad & husband spent almost 6 hours paving a path from the side of our house to the front yard. It will be Landon's play area. We plan on designating that area as his play area. It LOOKS amazing! I can't get over how awesome it looks!



On Monday, My friend Vanessa and I went to see a live taping of the voice. It was pretty fun to watch the judges banter back and forth and the performers were pretty good!!

Lastly, all I wanted was a photo of Ceelo & his awesome cat! Once the show ended, they brought it out! I was soOOOoo excited to capture a photo!



on Wednesday, I had my glucose test. I passed!! It really isn't that bad. I kept hearing horror stories... My doctor gave me my juice at my previous prenatal visit, I put it in the fridge for safe keeping. Woke up at 7:30 am and guzzled the drink, got ready and headed to to my appointment. I took the stairs... 3 times before the test and passed with flying colors.




My recommendation for this is... walk off your meals.. and after you drink the glucose drink, walk it off. If I want to continue eating the stuff i love to eat, I must walk it off.. if not I have to give it up all together because I don't want to risk my health or the the health of little Landon!

28 weeks

How far along? 28 weeks! 83 days to go!

Total weight gain/loss: Well, I haven't been to the doctors for almost 6 weeks.. and this week during my glucose screening, I've gained a total of... **Drum roll please** 26 lbs... go ahead an gasp, lol, that's 11 lbs since my last appointment! I think i'm gonna really start walking for the rest of my pregnancies because I don't think that I'm too big in the belly, its the butt & thighs. ALL the junk went to my trunk. lol

Maternity clothes? Still mixing and matching! maternity bottoms & some maternity tops, regular tops & dresses.. and I moved up to medium underwear.. lol

Stretch marks? nope, I'm just a chunky monkey

Sleep: yes... i love sleep

Best moment this week: I went to watch "The Voice" Live! It was a long day but well worth it!

Miss Anything? I really miss looking good in photos... my face is looking super round now.

Movement: yes, I think he sits in there pushing on my belly button... like he's ringing a doorbell... and it went from a gentle cute poking... to a full on breakdancer in there.

Food cravings: coconut cream pie... but we've been really good about eating mostly organic!

Anything making you queasy or sick: no, and that glucose drink was pretty tasty. lol.. just not at 7:15 in the morning.

Also, we're having our baby shower next week so I'm very excited for that! Also, we've been so exhausted from all the yard work, we stopped working on the nursery but I'll pick up the slack this week!
