Landon is 18 Months

It's official! I have a child who's 1 1/2. 6 more months and he will be 2.

Weight: 25.7 lbs, 32.5"... 1/2" shorter than last month... After 4 measurements from a few different people, they said he was incorrectly measured last month.

Health: He's doing great!   Last month I counted 6 teeth coming in but it was actually 8. 4 on the top have successfully come through and 4 on the bottom is almost In. He's very indifferent about his teeth.. A few fussy nights and back to normal.

Diet: still eating like he's a grown man!

Social: we had a 30 minute evaluation with our pediatrian. He watched Landon play, had a conversation with Landon then he was examined. Overall, our ped stated that Landon is very imaginative and plays very well. His communication and recognition skills are advanced. Sounds like an A+ in my book!

Crying: He cries when he's hurt, teething in the middle of the night.. Or when he is in the middle of something and we move forward when he's not ready.

LOVES: books, trains and his dogs.

Clothes: size 18 month & 24 month.. Shoes size 5.

Milestones- nothing too significant!

This month, Landon is obsessed with house slippers. He spends a lot of time putting on shoes and walking about the house. It's such a great accomplishment for him. He can also dig through his sippy cup drawer and match his cups for about an hour. It's an obsession! He's getting really good with puzzles. He recognizes pig, cow, chicken, duck, horse, goat and barn. He can only say duck, moo and bock. We rotate his puzzles weekly.
