I followed the lasagna recipe box.
I precooked my rice lasagna (made baking it much faster)
We took out ricotta because we don't eat ricotta
Added shredded zucchini, mushrooms and bell peppers onions , quinoa and ground beef
Served with cut grapes and gluten free honey nut "Cheerios".
It was devoured.. Then again for lunch the next day! The recipe kept saying its much better the next day.. They weren't kidding.. It was delicious!
